About The Job

This job is a member of the SuccessFactors Reporting Team within the People/HR Division. This position will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership as part of a team responsible for providing raw and processed data from the SAP Success Factors system.

Specifically, you ll do the following:

  • Builds reports on the SuccessFactors HRIS platform
  • Runs and delivers reports to HR teams and other data consumers across the company
  • Provides leadership, structure and processes to help team succeed
  • Troubleshoots data and reporting issues
  • Conceives and develops analytical models
  • Defines and tracks performance metrics
  • Completes other related projects, as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years experience in a SuccessFactors reporting
  • Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated (Drives to results)
  • Ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to guide a team by creating and fostering collaboration
  • Ability to persuasively present thoughts both formally and informally
  • Skills in presenting

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
