Systems Analyst, Business Technology

About The Job

The Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between Business Technology and TEQ (Training, Engineering and Quality) Departments.

The person in this role will play an instrumental role in supporting the applications rolled out by the Business Technology Team.


  • Streamline customer support requests for SharePoint, K2 and Lotus Notes
  • Track and manage analytics for the Business Technology Work Request system
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with our TEQ customers
  • Assist as needed with documentation of workflow projects across TEQ
  • Support users of SharePoint, K2 and Lotus Notes related to system access and permissions
  • Creates and delivers Training for TEQ employees in the areas of SharePoint and K2
  • Assist with the development of test scripts for system testing
  • Complete other assignments and projects as directed by Manager
  • Administer Business Technology s SharePoint site


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (4 year degree) or equivalent experience/training
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi task
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Must possess the ability to properly prioritize workload, delegate tasks, and work in a stressful environment
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation a plus
  • Good understanding of Tech Pubs systems, Maintenance operation and Engineering business
  • Travel is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aviation maintenance experience/knowledge desired
  • SharePoint experience desired

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
